Julie Christiansen, President
An internationally recognized speaker, and published author, Julie Christiansen brings over 15 years experience in group and individual counseling, to your boardroom. Branded as “Oprah for the Office” by some of her clients, Julie educates and entertains audiences throughout Canada, and the United States, and the Caribbean. While she has been compared to the likes of Brian Tracy and Jack Canfield, Julie has an energetic, humourous, and insightful style that is all her own. Julie has successfully merged her previous career as a counselor with her passion for helping teams attain peak performance and productivity through enhanced communication models. Her aim is to help her clients to attain optimized Workplace Efficiency, with a focus on team development, communication, anger and stress management. Stevan Christiansen, Vice President Operations
Steve brings over 15 years of management and supervision in the construction industry, coupled with over 8 years of Information Technology experience in service and support to BRC. An expert in customer service, Steve approaches everything he does with passion and commitment. His focus at BRC is on business, and policy/procedure development, and working alongside Julie to create new and uniqe ways to serve the BRC customer better. His unique combination of skill and experience is a proven asset to BRC, and his dedication to excellence makes him an essential part of the BRC Team. Steve is a devoted husband, and father to three teenaged children.
Tracey Turavani, Office Administration
President of Sensible Office Services, Tracey Turavani is an invaluable member of the BRC Team. She is the voice you will hear when you call to ask for information about any of our upcoming workshops or seminars. Tracey administers all the paperwork, registration functions, and telephone support for our public events, and developed and manages our database. Tracey's uniqe eye for detail, and her deep understanding of this industry made her a natural choice for providing our backoffice support. Cayla J., Graphic Designer and Office Support
Cayla J. is a first year B.A. Fine Art student at the highly competitive Ontario College of Art and Design. Cayla has a keen eye for the unexpected and the marvelous, and plies her skills both in photography and visual art for the benefit of BRC's website, and for some of our print materials. Cayla's photos can be seen in the Transform[ED] newsletter, as well as on the front and back covers of Julie's new book, Stress Less in 27 Days. She is a valued advisor when it comes to things artistic, and has been a major player in BRC's branding process.
