Join Julie Christiansen for a transformational coaching program that you can participate in from the comfort of your own home! BRC is proud to introduce Transform[ED] Coaching - an 8 week program that will guide you through the process of:

Taking control of your emotions
Developing competencies for managing stress and anxiety
Overcoming your past
Cultivating optimism, joy, and abundance in your life

Transform[ED] Coaching is a group tele-class that you will participate in LIVE with Julie Christiansen. This intensive coaching program is for YOU if you're ready to create positive, lasting, radical change in your life, and you're committed to do the work required. Julie will be your coach, your cheering section, and your accountability partner as you move through the transformational process.

Transform[ED] Coaching occurs by LIVE Tele-class over an 8 week period.

8 - weekTransform[ED] Coaching Program

This 8-week tele-class will run once weekly (1 hour each). The classes come with a bonus of two one-on-one tele-coaching sessions with program creator, Julie Christiansen.

4 - week Transform[ED] Class
$579

This 4-week class runs once weekly for 2 hours per evening, for people living within driving distance of the Niagara Peninsula. Classes take place at The Front, 283 St. Paul Street, St. Catharines. Call 1-866-754-6169 for more details.
